About Ammad Rasheed

Ammad Rasheed had qualified form Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and has been providing tax and customs services to firm’s major domestic clients. He has extensive experience with the full range of Pakistan tax issues, including corporate income tax, related party transactions, cross border transactions, treatment of funding arrangements, mergers and acquisitions, special tax regimes, VAT and employee taxes.

Ammad provides tax planning and general tax advice to a number of companies in a variety of industries including power generation, telecommunications, banking and finance, construction and food and beverages. He specializes in performing tax diagnostic reviews and structuring advice with respect to mergers and acquisitions as well as assisting clients to go for listing on Pakistan stock market.
